Inclusive Europe Project is an innovating, cutting-edge association of young students and professionals that came together in march 2023 ahead of the European Youth Event 2023. Quickly, this independent vibrant community saw in civic education a way to promote the core values democracy, human rights and the rule of law. With members from all over the EU as well as the UK, Turkey, Sierra Leone and Ghana, IE gathers like-minded people seeking to drive change and tackle issues that affect us all: cost of living, climate change, young people unemployment, mobility and migration. When asked about their involvement, one of IE’s members confessed “we are so different, but we are united in diversity (..) to make an inclusive Europe more visible”.
Inclusivity and equitability remain the community’s overarching principles guiding its involvement in the EU.
