Inclusive Europe project was started with the goal of promoting inclusivity in Europe. As young people from diverse backgrounds, we recognize the importance of creating policies that take into account the needs and perspectives of all EU citizens. We believe that by working together and conducting research with an inclusive lens, we can make a real difference in shaping policies that benefit everyone.

Management board

Founder/ Project Manager

As the founder, Gloria showcases remarkable project management expertise, effectively coordinating multiple research groups and overseeing all aspects of our initiatives. Her adeptness in navigating complex tasks, setting clear objectives, and managing deadlines has been instrumental in propelling the project forward.

 

Gloria's leadership prowess extends beyond the realm of research. She spearheads the project's marketing efforts, leveraging her strategic thinking and creative prowess to promote our mission and engage a wider audience. With her astute understanding of effective marketing strategies and excellent communication skills, Gloria contributes significantly to enhancing our project's visibility and impact.

Director of partnerships and fundraiser officer

Odhrán is the director of partnerships at Inclusive Europe. He is a third final year student from Ireland currently studying a BA in European Politics at King's College London. He has a lot of interest within European & International affairs, and focuses in particular in voters' participation and democracy. His sub-related role on fund raising make him constantly forge new connections and partnerships on behalf on IE! 




EU public policy officer

Nathalie's role of EU Public Policy Advisor is essential to the board of Inclusive Europe. She leverages her expertise to advance the NGO’s mission of promoting inclusivity and equity in European policies and initiatives. Her dedication to human rights and her background in international development make her a valuable asset in bridging the gap between policy formulation and the needs of marginalized communities, particularly within the European context.

Since August 2022, Nathalie works as EU Public Policy Advisor in Brussels. She brings with her a background in international development, with a specialization in peacekeeping, international negotiations, and migration policy, which she pursued during her studies at the University of Vienna. During her master's program, Nathalie gained several years of experience in the field of banking regulation in Vienna.Following the completion of her studies, Nathalie engaged in peace research and volunteered as a Public Policy Officer with a human rights organization in Palestine, advocating for the rights of Palestinian women and economic empowerment.

Communications manager

Pierluigi is the communications manager who plays a pivotal role in enhancing our project's visibility and creating a strong digital identity. With his keen eye for design and expertise in marketing, he oversees all aspects of our communication efforts, ensuring a cohesive and engaging brand presence.


With his profound understanding of visual communication, Pierluigi takes charge of designing captivating graphics and visuals for our social media platforms. His creativity and attention to detail breathe life into our digital content, making it visually appealing and impactful. By aligning the visuals with our project's mission and values, Pierluigi effectively conveys our message to a wider audience.

Sections 

Ada, gender equality director

Ada is a 26 years old from Italy. After a master's degree in 2021 in business and international cooperation with a thesis on human rights, history and international law, and a bachelor's degree in 2019 in linguistic mediation and intercultural communication with a thesis on the role of the mediator in non-governmental organizations; she works for a corporation while dedicating to IE. Her previous experiences in eramus+ programs in Tallinn and Warsaw and non-profit organisations have been instrumental in shaping her viewpoints on inclusivity, which she  defends through IE. With IE, she aims at bringing people closer to the institutions of the European Union and shaping the new generation's actions to change the future for the better. 



Inclusive Europe regional representatives and ambassadors

Representatives and ambassadors work closely with the sections' directors in carrying out the campaign while building relationships with stakeholders. More specifically, representatives are responsible to lead their section' project in their region, through organising events and through building relationships with local stakeholders. Ambassadors are in charge of promoting the sections' project and raising awareness around Inclusive Europe's aims, work and goals.
